Förekomsten av 360-graders inventeringar i samband med ledarutvecklingsprogram är vanlig. De modeller och verktyg som används är noggrant validerade och kontrollerade. Det saknas studier om hur inventeringar upplevs av deltagare som inte är inventeringens fokus. Denna studie syftade till att skapa förståelse för vilka processer som startar och vad som händer bland medarbetare och överordnade som deltar i en 360-graders ledarskapsinventering som ska fungera som en avstämning av ledarskapet i en mindre organisation. En induktiv tematisk analys visade att det finns förväntningar inom organisationen på inventeringens resultat, samt på de effekter som deltagarna uppfattar bör komma ut av en inventering.

The purpose of this study is to establish whether or not there is a connection between a highincidence of computer gaming and English proficiency in Swedish 9th-graders. The study also takescomputer game genres into account, attempting to see if there is a link between frequent playing ofcertain genres and high English grades.According to this study, there is a clear correlation between the gaming habits of Swedish 9thgradersand the grades they receive in English, with a higher frequency of gaming corresponding toa higher grade. The study also suggests that the Strategy, MMO (Massively Multiplayer Online) andCRPG (Computer Role-Playing Game) genres have a higher representation amongst students withgood grades in English..

In modern day Sweden,only one political party stands for political ideas that can be seen as neo-fascist (Sverigedemokraterna). Whatwould happen if the next generation citizens saw this connection and how would they respond? The studies research type is mainly of a qualitative nature butquantitative elements occur. The data iscoming from two classes of ninth graders that answered eight questions each.

The aim of this study was to analyse ninth graders self reported screen based activities, sedentary time and musculoskeletal symptoms and pain intensity. The other aim was to examine changes regarding musculoskeletal pain and inactivity between ninth graders from a cross sectional study in year 2004. To meet this aim, following questions were designed: How is the relationship between screen based activities, inactivity, musculoskeletal symptoms, pain intensity and differences between girls and boys? How have musculoskeletal symptoms and screen time changed since year 2004?Method: The method used for this study was a quantitative method. The research was carried out using a questionnaire that was answered by pupils from 11 schools from all over Sweden.

Lantmäteriet har fått i uppdrag att ta fram en Ny Nationell Höjdmodell (NNH) över Sverige. Höjddata samlas in med flygburen laserskanning (FLS) och osäkerheten i höjd ligger generellt sett under 0,1 m på hårda plana ytor, dock kan osäkerheten öka avsevärt i terrängtyper med tät vegetation eller i områden med starkt sluttande terräng. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att kontrollera hur osäkerheten påverkas av olika vegetationstyper samt olika lutningsgrader. Provningen utfördes i delar av Avesta och Hedemora kommun i april 2012, där nio olika provytor kontrollerades enligt den tekniska specifikationen SIS-TS 21145:2007 ?Byggmätning ? Att bygga en 3 meter hög slänt med 80 graders vinkel som skall bära sig själv och dessutom belastas av tunga anläggningsfordon låter inte lätt. A common problem is that the fan is oversized. An oversized fan causes an excessive flow, which has to be adjusted in order to achieve the correct flow.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the view of Finnish dialects and identity of first, second and third generation of Sweden Finns students in 7th, 8th and 9th graders, in two Sweden Finn schools. The questions at issue for the essay were: How do Swedes of Finnish extraction think of the Finnish dialects? Is there a correlation between identifying as Finnish and knowledge and usage of the Finnish dialects, as opposed to Finns living in Finland? To which extent do the Finnish students have knowledge regarding the Finnish dialects? To answer the questions a quantitative method was used and a questionnaire was answered by over 100 students. The results of the study showed that the Finnish dialects did not exert any influence on the students? life nor their sense of identity.

I detta examensarbete tas ett konstruktionsförslag fram på en bilbarnstol vars syfte är att minska ergonomiska problem i samband med installation och användning. Det övergripande målet är säkrare barntransporter. Inledningsvis studeras bilbarnstolar utifrån ett brett perspektiv. En sammanställning av problemen bildar basen för det fortsatta konstruktionsarbetet. En marknadsundersökning genomförs för att kontrollera utbudet av bilbarnstolar i Sverige, vartefter koncept tas fram.

According to the core contents in the curriculum for the compulsory school 2011 for the subject Physical Education grades 7-9, teachers of the subjects shall give their students knowledge about body ideals within sports, and the society as a whole. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the attitude toward body ideals of the students soon to leave secondary school. The study was based on a quantitative survey with 70 participating students from three different schools. The results show that the schools, according to the students, do not inform the students about body ideals. However, the result shows that the students consider body ideals as an important topic that needs to be dealt with in school, since they consider the adolescences of today are living with a pressure telling them what to look like.

During my time as a student of education I have learnt that it is my responsibility, as a teacher, to adjust the ways in which I teach to the needs, abilities, experiences, and thoughts of each individual child. What I have not yet gained much knowledge on is how to go about finding the children?s thoughts.In this thesis I investigate the interview as a method of finding out how sixth graders think about their mathematics education. Four children were interviewed. In addition to these inter-views, as a means of giving a broader perspective to and a greater understanding of the chil-dren?s answers, one math lesson was filmed and the math teacher was interview on two sepa-rate occasions.What I found was that a number of factors seemed to influence the children?s thoughts and answers, and that their answers were most likely not always a mirror of their thoughts.

De krocktester som utförs idag är låsta till det system av styr och draganordningar som byggs upp. Att göra en krocktest därbilarna kan styras individuellt med hjälp av en förarrobot ökar friheten att designa tester. Att krocka två bilar som på bilden på framsidan, med 90 graders vinkel mellan bilarnas färdriktning ställer det mest tidskritiska kravet när de ska träffa varandra. Detta kräver en bra hastighetsreglering vilket är huvuddelen i examensarbetet.I denna rapport redovisas hur ett sådant styrsystem skulle kunna byggas samt tester i en simuleringsmodell för denna typ av krocktest.Simuleringsmodellen är uppbyggd i Matlab/Simulink och eftersträvar att efterlikna ett verkligt sidokollisionstest tillräckligt mycket för att kunna testa styrsystemet.Efter de tester som gjorts kan man konstatera att det är möjligt att konstruera ett sådant styrsystem som kan få två bilar att träffa varandra i en sådan sidokollision som är beskriven ovan..

Organisationer har behov av framgångsrika ledare och transformellt ledarskap har visat sig vara den mest effektiva ledarskapsstilen. Det är vanligt att skattningar av ledarskap görs både av chefer själva och av deras medarbetare, så kallad 360 graders undersökning. Syftet med studien var att undersöka chefen och bedömarnas skattning av transformellt ledarskap samt hur detta relaterar till bedömarnas skattade effektivitet. Undersökningsdeltagarna kommer från ett företag inom pappersindustrin. Det var 89 chefer som skattade sitt ledarskap och 691 medarbetare, kollegor och chefer som i sin tur skattade chefers ledarskap genom en webbenkät bestående av multifactor leadership questionnaire, som mäter transformellt ledarskap, samt frågor om självskattad effektivitet.
